If for any reason you are not satisfied with a new product, you may return it within a reasonable time after the delivery date, typically within 30 days. We offer two options: a refund or an exchange for another product. If your purchase qualifies for free shipping, the corresponding shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
The returned item should be in new condition. G.Duck reserves the right to refuse returns or charge a restocking fee if the returned item does not meet the following conditions:
- The item can only be returned if it remains unopened.
- Personal items used in the mouth or ears cannot be returned once opened, due to hygiene regulations.
- The serial number does not match the original one provided by G.Duck.
- Missing parts or original product packaging materials.
- Damage caused by improper packaging during the return shipment.
- The returned item must be in its original, new condition with no signs of wear or usage.
- It must include all original packaging, manuals, warranties, and accessories; otherwise, a return fee may apply. Please refer to our fee schedule for return processing fees.
- Refunds are issued for the value of the product only and do not include shipping fees or handling charges.
Note:For returns in a non-original condition, a minimum restocking fee of 15% will apply.

Please remember: You can return a product for any reason. Providing an honest explanation of the reason will help us process your exchange, replacement, or refund request more efficiently. We will promptly respond to your request with a return authorization number, instructions for returning the product, and the return address.
While our return policy is very generous, these exceptions are necessary. Please consider them when making your purchase. We understand that having a reliable refund policy is an essential part of a positive purchasing experience. However, we reserve the right to limit return privileges for individuals who abuse our policy, make excessive or suspicious returns.
